1. Relevant state inspection and preparation before powering on the machine tool:
1. Machine tool power supply
The power grid voltage required by the machine tool is 400V AC +/-10%. Before starting the machine, please check whether the wiring terminals are firm (including the connection status check of the air switch in the workshop distribution box), whether the voltage meets the requirements, and whether the phase sequence is correct.
2. Lubrication system
Please check whether the quality and liquid level of the centralized automatic lubrication unit (lubricating oil or grease), the main shaft gear box lubricating oil (if any) are normal, and if necessary, replace or add it.
3. Hydraulic oil
Please check whether the quality and liquid level are normal, if necessary, replace or add.
4. Coolant for main shaft and main gearbox
Please check whether the quality and liquid level are normal, test the concentration and pH, if necessary, please replace or add.
5. Cutting fluid or cutting oil
Please check whether the quality and liquid level are normal, whether it is degraded and smelly, etc., if necessary, please replace or add.
6. Movement and transmission parts area
Check the cleanliness of the transmission and moving parts of each axis, check for rust or foreign matter, and clean or repair if necessary.
7. Machine tool
Check the status of the tool holder to be used by the machine tool, whether it is corroded, whether the fixed torque of the inner cooling rod is normal, the status of the tool, etc., if necessary, please readjust or replace it.
2. Matters needing attention after the machine is powered on:
1. Processing of machine tool battery alarm information
During the boot process, please pay attention to the alarm information and prompt information under the diagnosis menu. If you find a message indicating that the battery voltage is insufficient, do not turn off the main power supply and replace the battery in time. If there is an abnormal alarm message that cannot be eliminated, please contact Rifa Precision Machinery Service Hotline for technical support (Engineering Service Department: 0575-86337911; Information Processing Center: 800-8575520).
2. Shaft lubrication inspection
After normal startup, please perform manual lubrication operations on the machine several times to check whether the lubrication action is normal and whether the lubrication circuits are effectively lubricated.
3. Does the constant temperature cooling work normally?
Please confirm whether the coolant is circulated normally in the machine, and check the alarm information of the constant temperature oil tank.
4. Shaft load check, avoid using the highest speed to start and stop the equipment for a long time
Carry out the operation of returning to the reference point at low speed with manual override, and check whether the load of each axis is normal in the diagnosis interface.
5. Warm-up operation of the machine tool
Execute the warm-up program of the machine tool for an empty cycle, the feed axis speed is about F800, the spindle speed is about S300, and the running time is more than 60 minutes. Check whether each function is normal.
6. Confirm whether the cooling fans installed inside and outside the spindle motor and the electric cabinet are operating normally.
