RRFCL63D立式全功能數(shù)控車(chē)床為雙工位、雙刀臺(tái)、單主軸、配置旋轉(zhuǎn)交換工作臺(tái)的機(jī)電液一體化產(chǎn)品。箱型整體式平床身，配以加強(qiáng)筋的合理分布，具有高剛性，高吸振性的特點(diǎn)；機(jī)床配件采用高剛性、高精度的進(jìn)口名牌滾柱導(dǎo)軌、THK絲杠、NSK/FAG軸承、進(jìn)口刀架等名牌產(chǎn)品，加上精密?chē)?yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)难b配，機(jī)床精度得以可靠保證。機(jī)床設(shè)備可以最適合加工形狀復(fù)雜的回轉(zhuǎn)零件，能進(jìn)行柱面、曲面、錐面、階梯面的車(chē)削加工。不僅能進(jìn)行外圓車(chē)削和內(nèi)圓車(chē)削，還能進(jìn)行各種內(nèi)外螺紋的車(chē)削，也可進(jìn)行鉆孔、鉸孔、攻絲和滾壓加工。該機(jī)床配備輪轂專(zhuān)用夾具后，特別適合汽車(chē)、摩托車(chē)輪轂單件小批量加工，也適合大批量零件的加工。機(jī)床配備交換工作臺(tái)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)工件一邊加工一邊裝卡，大大提高了機(jī)床的使用效率。
